MAX6145ESA+, ИОН 4.5В, Ind, SO8The MAX6145ESA+ from Maxim Integrated Products is a low cost, low-dropout, voltage reference in 8 pin NSOIC package. This low, 200mV dropout makes the device ideal for 3V and 5V systems. Initial accuracy for the devices is ±1%. The output temperature coefficient is typically 15ppm/°C and guaranteed to be less than 50ppm/°C. Ideally used at 3V/5V systems, battery powered systems, data acquisition systems, instrumentation and process control, portable and hand held equipment.
